TriVision A/S is on a growth journey, and we are in the process of expanding our position in the market. Because of that, we are looking for a new Project and Service Manager responsible for all customer projects, project management, and execution activities. You will work with the organisation to provide guidance for our project team, set up clear processes for project execution, product delivery, and collaborate with sales to ensure seamless coordination. Moreover, you will contribute to the strategic development of the company’s day-to-day operations as we grow.

Your areas of responsibility:

You will work effectively with the Operations Director to optimize workflows in the organisation to increase performance and efficiency. Moreover, you will manage the onboarding of new projects to ensure clients’ expectations are met.

You will oversee active projects to identify and prevent risks, ensure effective implementation, and timely delivery within project budgets.

Further, you will manage:

• Customer installation and commissioning phase, and the sub-suppliers needed for this.
• Focus and manage daily Service tasks.
• Processes implementation to secure full delivery of projects/products, documentation, and relevant approvals.

Professional competencies required:

You hold a Master of Science in mechanical, electrical, or production engineering, or have working experience in a similar role in the mechanical or automation industry. You have some know-how of steel types and food standards. You have solid experience in working with process optimisation and documentation of new processes.

You have strong project management skills, including experience with managing automation project deliveries and sub-suppliers effectively, and know how to build and maintain long-term client and customer relationships.

Personal profile:

You are ambitious and desire to lead the way, and you have a natural ability to take ownership in all you do. Experience in a managerial role is preferred, but more importantly, you have the potential to lead others. You are good at problem-solving and can manage a high level of activity with a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. You are detail-oriented but still able to see the big picture while you, in a diplomatic manner, provide direct feedback and set deadlines.

Job description:
As our new vision engineer and developer, you will become part of a core function in joining the development and project team in Odense, Denmark. Your primary focus will be application development as well as application customization and configuration, all in cooperation with the sales team to ensure that customer requirements are being formally specified and worked into the execution plan. As a vision engineer and software developer, you will be involved in the projects from start to finish, including software and system design in the beginning and running-in at the end of the projects.

The job and areas of responsibility:

• Develop and customize applications
• Evaluate customer requirements in order to customize and configure software applications and turnkey solutions to meet the agreed specifications
• Make sure that solutions are tested thoroughly before being installed or deployed
• Conduct programming, technical setup, troubleshooting and testing during installation to ensure that our products function optimally in in our customers’ existing      systems and production lines
• Manage, monitor, and track technical issues, risks and/or tasks during installation to ensure that all solution requirements are met before handover
• Test, validate, and assure quality to ensure the solution is fully integrated and operational
• Assist remotely when colleagues or partners install our solutions

Your experiences:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Robot Systems, MSc in Engineering or other relevant background
• Vision Application experience
• Visual C++ knowledge
• Hands-on experience with software design
• Preferably an image analysis background or experience
• General knowledge and competencies with respect to software design, applications development, project execution and test procedures
  Have graduated recently with the right mindset

• Have good communication skills and are fluent in both spoken and written English
• Might speak Danish, German, Spanish, or another European language
• Either live in Denmark or have a valid work & resident permit for Denmark
