Food, oils and spices etc. getting stuck in the seal during the welding process is a common error, which can cause leakages and contaminate the food. In the pharma industry, a contaminated seal can negatively impact the product quality or even cause damaged products.

Sometimes, the topfoil wrinkles during the welding process. This can cause tunnel leakages compromising the preserving atmosphere of packages and the packaging appearance.
